EOTC TRAINING DETAILS:

 

SPRING: 10 February 2026 - 30 April 2026

The Purpose:

The EOTC training program aims to develop strength and endurance to enhance our athletes’ quickness, power, and mechanics. Each member will train in a goal-focused manner to advance in track and field, hoping to earn a spot on our CHAOS team or develop a championship drive in other outside sports. 

This program is ideal for developing athletes with some experience who have shown potential or an interest in improving weaknesses and developing strengths for their track & field event(s).

The Breakdown:

  • These sessions are for Student-Athletes who want to move to the next level in track & field or another sport where they lack the edge that separates them from the rest.
  • Training fees: $125 / Monthly + $50 equipment fee / Seasonal
  • Training 2 days/week, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
  • Training Seasons 
    • Fall: 4 August 2025- 20 November 2025
    • Spring: 10 February 2026 - 30 April 2026
    • Summer: 4 May 2026 - 31 July 2026 

Coaches include USATF Certified, former professional, and former Division I collegiate athletes.
