OPEN TO 3RD - 12TH GRADERS

The Purpose:
The EOTC training program aims to develop strength and endurance to enhance our athletes’ quickness, power, and mechanics. Each member will train in a goal-focused manner to advance in track and field, hoping to earn a spot on our CHAOS team or develop a championship drive in other outside sports.
This program is ideal for developing athletes with some experience and have shown potential or an interest in developing at their track & field event.
The Breakdown:
Coaches include USATF Certified, former professional, and current and prospective division 1 college runners.
