When our coaches were younger, they recalled the adventure of being outside, skipping, running, jumping, and chasing others around as the best parts of the day. Unfortunately, today's youth are missing out on these enriching experiences due to busy parents and a lack of safe places for them to be physically active. As a result, children are not developing the coordination, agility, and athleticism that should come naturally during their formative years.

The Purpose:
The Jr. Running Wolf Pack program aims to create an environment where young athletes can develop their motor skills and athleticism through guided exercises, running, and drills that help establish an active lifestyle while laying the foundation for athletic success.
This program is ideal for developing athletes interested in track & field with limited experience, or for those looking to improve their athletic abilities.

Coaches include USATF-certified coaches, former professionals, and current and prospective Division 1 college runners.
** The training times are contingent on the number of registered athletes. Should numbers exceed or fall short of expectations, we may adjust the time and or training session dates.
