Training/Practices

We offer training for every level, and each session is focused on each athlete developing at their pace. 

 
 

Juniors/Youth Group Training

Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays
6pm – 7:30pm (Spring & Summer)

Saturdays
Various Time

These session are designed to help build endurance, build speed and develop proper mechanics to with your running performance regardless of sport.

Masters Group Training

Tuesday, Fridays
8am – 9am

Sundays
Various Times

Masters are those aged 35 and above seeking help developing in areas difficult to figure out. May have trouble building speed and proper running mechanics.

Basic Private Training

Tuesdays, Thursday
3pm – 4pm

Saturdays

Here, we focus on those who need assistance with developing confidence, strength, coordination and pride in who they are. Utilizing various training plans which implement plyometric, body weight and muscle endurance exercises.

Advanced Private/Group Training

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
3pm – 4:30pm

Reaching predetermined marks is the objective. Whether is are dedicated to lowering your 40 time, to developing your takeoff for stealing second or what to simply get to the next level with your running.
